Tenders are invited for the operation of the tearoom concession at the Ballycroy Visitor Centre at Wild Nephin National Park, Ballycroy, Westport, Co. Mayo. The concession will be for a term of two seasons, with an option of two additional seasons subject to agreement. The concession will operate for the period from the 15th<\/sup> March to the 5th<\/sup> November, each year, for the years 2025-2026 inclusive. These dates may vary slightly depending how the St. Patrick\u2019s Day Holiday and the Halloween Midterm Break fall within a calendar year. The concession is for 7 days per week and there may be an option of extending the period that the Tearoom can open during the year in line with the Visitor Centre now opening 12 months of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sealed tenders marked \u201cTearoom Tender\u201d to be received by the Park Manager, at the above address, by 5pm on Friday 24th<\/sup> January 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only tenders submitted on official tender forms will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful Contractor must be able to provide a current Tax Clearance Certificate, Safety Statement, Employer\u2019s Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department does not bind itself to accept the Highest or any tender submitted.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful franchisee will have to show flexibility with regard to opening time arrangements as may be set by local management from time to time.
