Status Orange Met Éireann Rain Warning for Wicklow

Valid: 03:00 Thursday, Feb 5th, to 03:00 Friday, Feb 6th.

Spells of very heavy rain falling on already saturated ground, combined with high river levels and high tides, will lead to:

• Localised flooding
• River flooding, with potential impacts along the entire course of the river
• Difficult travel conditions

Due to the forecast, all visitor services in the National Park will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 5th. The availability of visitor services on Friday February 6^th will be determined after safety assessments and consideration of local weather forecasts.
