**Visitor Notice**

Due to maintenance works on the walking trails, the following trails will be closed, tomorrow, Friday 13th February, Red Trail (Diamond Hill) and Blue Trail. The Blue Trail will reopen on Saturday, 14th February. The Red Trail (Diamond Hill), will remain closed until further notice. We would kindly ask Visitors to be mindful of signage

Park Notice

We would like to make visitors aware of the on going works in Connemara National Park at present which has led to us close our pedestrian entrance/exit. We would ask visitors to enter the National Park through the main entrance on the N59 until these works have been completed. We are sorry for any inconvenience

NPWS opens new Connemara Pony Heritage Centre at Connemara National Park

The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) has revealed a new and unique cultural and visitor experience at Connemara National Park, Letterfrack, Co. Galway. The “Connemara Pony Heritage Centre” was opened last Friday by local TD John Connolly.

Connemara National Park 45th Anniversary Heritage Event
